Gave the opportunity to our staff to develop themselves and grow within the company. There was some obstacles and they didn’t think they were competent enough to accomplish it but with guidance they succeeded.
We were contracted by a customer to install panels in a commercial construction. Our team worked diligently to ensure that all necessary components were included, such as flashing for waterproofing, weather membrane for insulation, starter piece for stability, siding for aesthetic appeal, and demobilization for a clean and safe work area.
In addition, we made sure to communicate effectively with the customer throughout the process to ensure that their needs and expectations were met. Overall, we take great pride in our work and strive to exceed customer expectations with every project we undertake.
